No we do not allow early check-ins.

We allow one car per slot, as that is all we have the capacity we have. If we are not sold out at the time of your arrival, we may have extra spots you can purchase. Please see the office when you arrive, as we cannot know if we will have space until the day of your arrival. If we do not have extra spaces, there is street parking all around the property and a laid lot at the end of the block, towards the beach. Please ask the staff for the exact location of the lot once you arrive.

We offer specials throughout the season. Make sure you sign up for our mailing list or check our website regularly to find out when they will be available.

You may cancel your reservation for a full refund up until 30 days before check-in.

TERMS & CONDITIONS
Cancellation Policy:
Reservations must be cancelled or changed 30 days prior to arrival to avoid a non-refundable charge of the full deposit amount.
Deposit Policy:
Reservations Require Credit Card Deposit of 100% of stay due at time of booking.
Terms & Conditions:
Check-in time: 4 pm | Check-out time: 11am | Rates subject to change.
Parking is available - 1 Space per Unit.
Minimum age: Must be 25 years of age and older to make a reservation and check-in.
Holding Your Reservation: We will need a valid credit card number to reserve your room. Any balance will be charged automatically at check-in.
No electric bikes, scooters or golf carts on site.
Rates are subjected to change and DO NOT apply to Holidays, Conventions, Irish Weekend, Fireman’s Weekend, Special Events, and Reservations made after 5.15.2025.
Rates are Pre- Taxed and Apply to Advanced Reservation.
Full Payment is due on arrival in Cash, Money Orders, Certified Check, ( NO PERSONAL CHECKS) or credit card with YOUR NAME AND MATCHING ID will be required upon check-in ( or payment due prior to arrival).
For Security, a valid credit card with YOUR NAME will be required upon check-in.
Deposits are NOT transferable and it may not be considered a cancellation fee.
Cleaning Fee is an additional fee NO EXCEPTIONS.

Cancelling Your Reservation: Please notify us in writing at least 30 days in advance of your check-in.
When You Check-in: All check-in is processed online at any time in advance of your stay. You will need to stop by the office to provide your ID and credit card details and obtaining your pool wristbands.
Modifying Your Reservation: Dates may be modified or changed in writing at least 30 days in advance of check-in. Please note that a change in the length or dates of your reservation may result in a rate change.
Family Policy: Children under the age of 16, must be accompanied by a parent/guardian.
Pet Policy: We do not allow any pets.
Pool Rules & Hours: 10am-8pm
Every child under 16 must be accompanied by an adult at all times.
Children in diapers must wear swimmies or plastic pants.
No Food, No Glass, No smoking, No Guests.
Quiet Hours: 11pm-8am
Sun Deck Hours 10am-8pm (with Friday night fireworks exception).
Grill Area Hours 10am-8pm
Grill essentials supplied by individual units.
No Parties and No Guests.
